Biological and delicious pizza
We had two great evenings here with an atmosphere which is only known from movies. Everything was just right: the pizza, the view, the wine, the beer, the music and on top the service! We can highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone who wants to spend a special evening in Piedmont. You will never regret.

Beautiful experience, a truly super pizza, with local ingredients at Km0. Perfect dough, well leavened, excellently filled and plentiful. Accompanied by excellent beer from a nearby producer and finally an excellent homemade dessert. The place is relatively small, 20 seats or a little more, but super welcoming, tastefully furnished. Mother in the dining room and son at work in the kitchen, a winning combination. And with an eye to the initiatives that take place in the area. Very appreciable! Book early, you will be completely satisfied. Quality/price ratio: valid. The portions are generous, the products are excellent, the taste is noticeable, the service is fast and very kind, the place is welcoming. A hidden small hotel (2 rooms) run by a very nice family. The rooms are simple but very clean. Excellent pizzas are available every Friday to Sunday (in the evening). You can feel the son's passion for his pizzas (dough is made 24 hours in advance). Mainly regional organic products are used and the breakfast is also excellent (no ready-made products). Otherwise, it is a place where brown hares hop comfortably through the garden in the evening and sheep mow the lawn in the morning.
Formal but modern environment in a very beautiful and well-kept location, I suppose it is thanks to the very nice lady who welcomes and skates elegantly in the room. The pizza is delicious, the dough is light, generously salted and leavened with true generosity and knowledge, I am sure this is thanks to the young Edoardo, master of the awareness of the use of excellent quality raw materials and of patience precisely for the leavening of the dough. After reading about the cured meats menu of the Forno di Montaldo Scarampi company, I wanted to try a cooked ham dish and chose a Margherita prepared with tomato sauce and spectacular mozzarella. A "nice meal". My wife chose the calzone and found it excellent when she consumed it and the next morning she noticed that she had no problems with nighttime "thirst". Excellent desserts, hazelnut cake and semifreddo. I had NEVER eaten such good pizza, my choice was dictated by the fact that the Margherita never disappoints! ! We dispelled the myth of pizza and beer by choosing a bottle of Grignolino Prasso. Having written this, all I can do is congratulate Edo and Mamma and send them back as soon as possible.
